Scope. These terms apply to all commissions and purchases of Leo Rey jewelry arranged via the website, by email, or in person.

Contract formation. An enquiry via the website is a request for information, not an order. A binding contract is formed once Leo Rey sends a written quote and you confirm it in writing.

Prices. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). "Price on request" pieces are quoted individually; Bespoke pricing is shared once a direction is set, before any work begins.

Delivery. Estimated timelines are communicated at quote stage (e.g. 4–6 weeks for made-to-order pieces).

Retention of title. Ownership of the piece remains with Leo Rey until paid in full.

Warranty. The statutory warranty for defects applies (two years from delivery under Swiss law), excluding normal wear or third-party alterations.

Bespoke commissions. Because bespoke pieces are made to order, they are excluded from the return policy once production has started, except in case of a defect.

Liability. Our liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law & jurisdiction. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Zürich.

Language. Provided in English [and German, once translated].
