Please note
Switzerland has no statutory right of withdrawal — unlike the EU, a change of mind alone doesn't create a legal right to return a piece. The return window below is a voluntary policy Leo Rey offers.
Shipping
All pieces are shipped fully insured, with signature required on delivery. Shipping and insurance are included in the price. Every piece is made to order: estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, for Creations and Bespoke pieces alike.
We ship within Switzerland and internationally. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT and any clearance fees are paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
Ready-made Creations pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging, for a refund or exchange. Bespoke commissions cannot be returned once production has begun, as each piece is made specifically for you — except where the piece is defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact studio@leorey.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
